This QT bra is comfortable enough to sleep in and a value. I have sensitive skin and cannot wear most bras due to the materials they are made of. This one however does not irritate my skin and it is a value. Though it is not as supportive as an underwire you really shouldn't wear and underwire if you are breastfeeding anyway. If you are a small cup like me (B) this will work fine. This is the second one I purchased. They do wear out and lose elasticity like any bra but at this price you can afford to replace them a couple of times.
