I was surprised at how well this bra works. I am a 34C, and do curcuit training exercise DVDs (such as Gillian Michael's routines) that involve jumps, butt kicks, and "high-knees." The wide straps offer good support, the fold-down for nursing seems pretty easy, and the fabric beathes pretty well. (I hate all-spandex/polyester.) There is a little give - my breasts are not smooshed to my chest so they do jiggle slightly. If you are heavy into sports or have larger breasts, then you may want to check it out in a store before buying one. However for the price and construction this looks like a good deal. I hope it holds up after ample use, because I plan to use it a lot. I want to order another since it's a definite improvement to what I had and is perfect for those days when I'm on the go in my sporty clothes, or taking long "power walks" with the baby in the stroller.
